These twin stories have been around for a long time. But this one certainly drives home the point that twins may be ore connected within Indra’s net that even they suspect!

incredible story – i think i’ve seen them appear on a talk show or something some time ago – cj – love your take on it all – great post!
The thing that surprises me the most is having wives (first AND second ones) with the same names. That is more than connection, it’s definitely something larger, like destiny, wouldn’t you say? I loved this story; thanks for sharing it. It gives me something to think about, for sure!
The names of the wives – and the sons!
What about the fact that they both have the same first name? That’s weird. I can’t imagine the thrill they both experienced when they met each other for the first time. That has to rank as one of the most bizarre experiences that a person can have in life. I know that I would freak out if I came face to face with a guy who looks like me and has the same interests as me.
For sure!
so actually point is,, it’s somewhat to be expected…….
Yeah: yeah!
just like a couple of electorate’s,, or is that electrons….
From a physical point of view, identical twins come from a single egg that splits. From a spiritual point of view, I would assume they come from the same OverSoul. So, for me that would indicate they are one soul separated into two halves yet retaining identical mind/thought processes as well as physical identities. Makes sense to me.
I tend to think that was the major issue with Elvis Presley. His identical twin died at birth and he never recovered from the loss of that half of himself, which led to his horrific problems. He was never a “complete” entity, in and of himself as most of us generally are when we incarnate. To be without that total selfhood must be tragic.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
Interesting observation about Elvis. Makes sense!
That reminds me of a book review that I read in the mid-90′s about a novel in which Elvis’ twin brother had lived. The Presley family kept him a secret after Elvis became famous, and he doubled for Elvis during concerts whenever Elvis was too sick to perform. I remember thinking that it sounded like a really slick premise for a story, and that I wanted to read it someday. I’ve thought about it occasionally over the years (usually when I hear an Elvis song playing on the radio), and the mention of Elvis’ twin just brought it back again. I think I’ll actually buy the book now! The title is: ‘That’s All Right, Mama’, by Gerald Duff.
Innovative idea for a novel! I’ll take a look at it, too, Dale!
The links between separated twins are so often remarkable – almost parallel lives.
Parallel lives: that sure fits!
In the book that I’m reading (“Shoeless Joe”) Ray Kinsella the main character has an identical twin brother Richard (but I don’t recall him having one in the movie
“Field of Dreams”.I’ll have to watch it again to make sure.) .
And Ray’s favourite baseball team in the book is the Minnesota Twins
I forgot to mention the wives of the twins in the book had the same names also (Annie) ,although one went under the name Gypsy.
