The other day, someone asked us what we’d been doing for the last 30 years. We decided it’s time to take stock! Here are our favorite non-fiction books. Some of these  books are still in print, some aren’t, but we had fun writing all of them.

If nothing else, this page and the fiction page remind me that when Rob and I met, we were a couple of people who really detested our jobs – he was a reporter with a boss from hell, I was teaching Spanish to hormonal middle schoolers. We knew we didn’t want to live our lives doing what we hated. So we started writing – fast, furiously – and were determined to never look back. We went where the synchros led us.

The inside look at the characters and plots of the 1980s hit show. This book was a lot of fun to write! We got to visit LA and sit in Michael Mann’s incredible office, like a dark cave, and met the guys who did the music. This will soon be out as an e-book through Crossroad Press.

Trish co-authored this book with her friend, Phyllis Vega, a master of the tarot. Back when they did this book, there wasn’t a single book that features tarot spreads. This one has a 100 spreads. Amazon

Each year since 2003, we’ve been writing the Sydney Omarr astrology series. It consists of a book for each sign, with daily predictions for each day of the year, and an annual that has a monthly roundup or major transits for the 12 signs.

Some years ago, I overhead Rob talking to a friend about the sun salutation. I thought, huh?  This sounds like astrology. I asked him about it and his system of yoga – Astro-Yoga – grew out of that discussion.

Soul Mate astrology is based on the North and South Nodes of the moon in a natal chart. It took a lot of research but was such fun to write. Our editor for the synchro books bought it.
